Kiuchi Brewery
Sadamu Saito
The history of the world-famous Kiuchi Brewery dates back to 1823, when its sake "KIKUSAKARI" was first brewed. Today, Kiuchi Brewery produces premium sake, including daiginjo and sparkling sake, the internationally acclaimed Hitachino Nest Beer, and Hinomaru Whisky, crafted from Japanese barley and rice. Visitors can purchase a variety of sake, beer, and whisky and enjoy tastings in the historic atmosphere of the brewery.
